At Studex Portal, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, you may submit a deletion request following the steps below. This process is irreversible.
How to Request Deletion
To initiate the account deletion process, please choose one of the following methods:
- Method 1 (Email): Send an email to contact@itshivam.in from your registered email address with the subject line Account Deletion Request. Please include your username in the body of the email.
- Method 2 (In-App Support): Log in to your account, navigate to Settings > Support, and submit a ticket requesting account deletion.
What Happens Next?
Once we receive your request, our team will verify your identity to prevent unauthorized deletion. Upon verification, your account will be scheduled for deletion. The entire process is typically completed within 30 days.
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Profile Information: Your name, username, email, bio, and social links.
- Authentication Data: Login credentials and OAuth tokens.
- User Content: Posts, images, and files you have uploaded.
- Activity Logs: Your login history and device information.
Data That May Be Retained
Some data may be retained for a limited period solely for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes:
- Security Logs: Basic access logs may be kept for a short period (up to 90 days) to ensure system security.
- Anonymized Data: Aggregated, non-personally identifiable data used for analytics may remain.
