Safety Standards

Last updated: December 12, 2025

At Studex Portal, the safety and well-being of our community are our highest priorities. We are committed to maintaining a safe digital environment for all users. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of abuse, harassment, and specifically, Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

1. Policy Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

We strictly prohibit the posting, sharing, saving, or soliciting of any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates the sexual exploitation or abuse of children. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Any visual depiction of a minor engaged in sexual conduct.
  • Solicitation of minors for sexual purposes (grooming).
  • Distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

Any user found violating this policy will be immediately and permanently banned. Furthermore, we are legally obligated to, and will, report such activities and associated user data to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities worldwide.

2. Reporting Mechanisms

We empower our community to help keep Studex safe. If you encounter any content or behavior that violates our safety standards:

  • In-App Reporting: Use the Support Page available to flag content immediately for moderation review.
  • Direct Contact: You can report urgent safety concerns directly to our Trust & Safety team at contact@itshivam.in.

3. Content Moderation & Enforcement

We employ a combination of automated detection tools and human moderation to monitor content on our platform.

  • Human Review: Our dedicated safety team reviews flagged reports 24/7 to take swift action against violations.
  • Sanctions: Violations of our Safety Standards result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination, depending on the severity.

4. Harassment & Bullying

Studex Portal is intended to be a supportive environment. We do not tolerate bullying, harassment, hate speech, or threats of violence. Users engaging in such behavior will face disciplinary action.

5. Resources & Support

If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, please contact local law enforcement or emergency services immediately.
