1. Eligibility & Accounts

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- Provide accurate information and keep your profile up to date.
2. Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, harassing, infringing, or abusive content or behavior.
- No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls.
- No unauthorized data collection, scraping, or spamming.
3. Your Content & Licenses
You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Services. You are responsible for the legality of your content.

The Services may integrate with third parties (e.g., GitHub, Google, Cloudinary). Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services.
5. Plans & Payments
If you purchase a paid plan via GitHub Marketplace or directly, fees, billing intervals, renewals, and cancellations are governed by the checkout terms. Taxes may apply. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks. You may stop using the Services at any time. Certain provisions survive termination (e.g., IP rights, disclaimers, limitations, indemnities).

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
